Bleaching Instructions
Bleaching Instructions:
- Before each bleaching treatment, brush and floss your teeth.
- Using treatment syringes that are pre-filled with teeth whitening gel: Remove the cap by twisting counterclockwise on the syringe barrel. You only need a very small amount for each treatment. Using the syringe plunger eject small dot of gel into each tooth impression to be bleached.
- Wearing the Bleaching trays: After filling the tray, place the tray firmly over the teeth. Wipe out any excess gel with a tissue. Wear your whitening tray 30-60 minutes once per day, up to 14 days.
- Post Whitening Preparation. After you remove the trays at the end of each treatment brush your teeth softly with warm water only to remove gel.
Tooth sensitivity to cold may occur during treatment.
Non-specific sensitivity in teeth, tongue, lips, or throat are temporary side effects in some patients. If sensitivity occurs, it will usually subside within two or three days after treatment is interrupted. If any of these symptoms are more than mild, eliminate treatment. It is recommended that clients who are pregnant or lactating consult their physician prior to use. Do not eat, drink or smoke while whitening. Keep out of reach of children.
