Easy Home Remedies for Whitening

The tastiest remedy for whiter teeth is to use strawberries. Strawberries contain a natural acid which whitens teeth. You can either crush the strawberries and use as you would toothpaste, or slice open the strawberry and rub along the teeth. Rinse well when finished.

The cheapest remedy for whiter teeth is baking soda, which is even found in expensive teeth whitening toothpastes. You can make a baking soda paste by adding some water to it, and use on your toothbrush, or you can blend the baking soda with your toothpaste. Remember to rinse well when finished.

Swishing hydrogen peroxide can also whiten your teeth, although it does not taste very good. Take care not to swallow it. Rinse well when finished.

Table salt may be used to whiten teeth. First use salt on your toothbrush with a drop of water to brush teeth. Then follow up with salt mixed with your toothpaste and brush again. Rinse.
