How it Works:

You make your own impressions at home (so simple a child could do it). You send your impressions to our Dental lab in the self addressed stamped envelope provided. We make your custom fitted trays and send them back to you free of charge. Our dental lab custom make your trays to fit you perfectly, resulting in the best whitening results. Now the whitening begins. Whiten for 1 hour each day for up to 12 days. Usually you will see dramatic results in 2-3 days. After treatment is complete you will only need to touch-up periodically if normal staining reappears (for detailed instructions on making the impressions and bleaching, see below).

Impression Instructions:

Clean and dry hands before beginning.

Remove the impression material and mix the two together (paste with catalyst) by rolling and kneading (approximately 45 seconds) until well blended into one color.
Roll out the material and press and shape into the width of the tray. Place most of mix at the front of the impression tray and then distribute the remaining evenly over the rest of the tray. (It is important that the front teeth have a clean impression and enough material covering the tooth completely). Take the loaded tray and place over the upper teeth. Teeth should be centered in the impression material.
Press firmly up with your fingers so you can feel the material flow over your teeth and gums. Do not bite down. Make sure teeth go all the way to the bottom of the tray. The impression material will extrude through the holes on the tray. Keep the impression in place for 3 minutes (until firm and set).
Remove and rinse in cold water. Repeat steps 2-3 for lower tray.
Place impressions and trays in the preaddressed, stamped envelope and include your name and address on form provided. Leave impressions in trays.

We will make your customized bleaching trays in our whitening laboratory and return them to you within 24 hours. (Mailing time may take 7-10 working days to receive your custom fitted trays.)

Do not take the impressions if you have gum disease, loose fillings, loose crowns, decayed teeth, or gum problems. Patients with preexisting cosmetic restorations (bonding, porcelain crowns, or veneers) may need to replace them after whitening treatment in order to match your new whiter smile. It is recommended to continue regular dental exams. If you have any questions or concerns it is recommended to consult with your dentist first.

Before each bleaching treatment, brush and floss your teeth.
Using treatment syringes that are pre-filled with teeth whitening gel: Remove the cap by twisting counterclockwise on the syringe barrel. You only need a very small amount for each treatment. Using the syringe plunger eject small dot of gel into each tooth impression to be bleached.
Wearing the Bleaching trays: After filling the tray, place the tray firmly over the teeth. Wipe out any excess gel with a tissue. Wear your whitening tray 30-60 minutes once per day, up to 14 days.
Post Whitening Preparation. After you remove the trays at the end of each treatment brush your teeth softly with warm water only to remove gel.
